• Information placed on these pages by the user must be authentic and true, what is the reponsibility of the user himself
• The user himself is responsable for every change of information contained in the real estate advertisement entered and published on this pages. Therefore the user is conformable to the fact that no one among the personell servicing these web pages could be held responsable for a.m. changes. This refers to entering, changing or deleting the information contained in the advertisement.
• It is not allowed to place the advertisement for a real astate which has already been sold or for the one which is not intended for sale.
• It is not allowed to enter certain information in the field which is not intended for that kind of information (for example to enter the text promoting the real estate agency itself and not the respective real estate in the field intended for the description of the object)
• It is not allowed to place the company logo or promotional pictures of the real estate agency on the place intended for pictures of the real estate
• The user accepts to be contacted by everyone who comes n contact with the information about the advertised real estate, meaning potential customers as well as real estate agencies
• In case the real estate owner sels the object on his own, or changes his mind about the selling, he should inform the representatives of these pages about this change in course of 10 days after it's occurence, so that this real estate can be marked as ?sold?
• The user is obliged to delete the advertisement within 3 days after the real estate owner's request. Same should be done in case the user is no longer authorized to represent the real estate owner.
• The user agrees that information can be deleted after the service period on this web pages has expired.
• Persons servicing these web pages, as well as web page owners, do not form a real estate agency, they are providing an internet service exclusively. These web pages are just a public place on the internet intended for placing user's advertisements for selling, buying or renting the real estates. Published advertisements are available to all internet users.
• The user accepts the posibility of unexpected technical problems not caused by and out of control of representatives and owners. The page can be temporary unavailable due to these reasons.
• The user accepts the possibility of rejecting his information for publishing, provided that he's entitled to privacy form the web page owners' side.
• The user agrees not to use our service to send and distribute any kind of threatening, delusioning, disturbing, terroristic material, or any kind of content against the law. He will also not use any kind of material which could offend or disturb other web page users.
• The user is obliged not to use our service to offend the copyrights or publish the logo, etc.
• All information including pictures, become the property of this web portal after they have been sent to our server.
